This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on CodeWithLina (“we”, “our”, “us”) through https://codewithlina.in.


1. Digital Products (No Refund Policy)

All digital products are delivered electronically via download or online access.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital product sales are final

  • No refunds are provided once the product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded

This includes:

  • Pre-built websites

  • Website templates

  • Digital resources

  • Membership-based digital access

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Lack of expected results

  • Customer-side technical issues


2. Custom Website Development – Cancellation Policy

For custom website development services:

  • Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to our official support email within 24 hours

  • Requests made after 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation


3. Custom Website Development – Refund Policy

For custom website development orders only:

  • If the website is not completed within a maximum of 10 working days from the confirmed project start date, the customer is eligible for a FULL REFUND

  • Refund eligibility applies only if the delay is caused by us

  • Delays due to missing content, delayed responses, or changes requested by the customer are not eligible


4. Duplicate Purchase – Full Refund Policy

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once:

  • You must contact our support team within 3 days of purchase

  • After verification, a FULL REFUND will be issued for the duplicate order

  • The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction

Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible.


5. Refund Process

  • All eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to:

  • Approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.)

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider


6. Technical Support (No Refund Basis)

We provide email-based technical support to assist with access or usage of products.

Providing technical support does not qualify an order for a refund.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to respond with transaction proof and may restrict future access in case of misuse.


8. Exceptions

If a specific product or service clearly mentions a different refund condition on its product page, those terms will override this policy.
