3. Custom Website Development – Refund Policy
For custom website development orders only:
If the project is not completed within a maximum of 10 working days from the confirmed start date, the customer becomes eligible to request a refund.
Refund eligibility applies only if the delay is caused by us and not due to missing content, delayed responses, or requirement changes from the customer.
Refund requests must be submitted through our official support email.
4. Digital Products – General No-Refund Policy
All digital products are delivered instantly or made available for download or access.
Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it is non-refundable, except where explicitly mentioned in these Terms.
5. Refund Eligibility & Purchase Protection
If a customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once:
The customer may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date.
The customer must contact our support team within 3 days via the official email address.
Refunds or alternative resolutions will be processed only after verification.
Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
6. License & Usage Rights
By default, digital products do NOT include commercial usage rights.
Commercial use is only permitted if clearly mentioned on the product page.
If commercial usage is mentioned on the product page, that description overrides this clause.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sharing, or re-publishing of digital products is strictly prohibited.
7. Membership & Subscription Services
Some digital products and services are offered through a membership or subscription system.
By purchasing a membership:
You are granted access to the digital products included in your selected membership plan.
You may download digital products, subject to the daily download limit mentioned on the membership or product page.
The number of products you can download per day will be clearly displayed on the respective plan or product description.
Any additional details such as access duration, usage limits, or restrictions will be shown on the membership page.
Sharing login credentials or attempting to bypass download limits is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
Membership fees are non-refundable once access is provided.
